Here, membership unlocks unlimited access to a purpose-built 1.7-mile, 13-turn road course designed with driver development in mind. From Vision to Reality: Development Timeline
The journey to this milestone began in winter 2023 with land clearing and grading. By fall 2025, the South Circuit reached operational status, paving the way for Drivers Club members to hit the track. Here’s a snapshot of the development timeline:

- Summer 2024: Sub-base laid; vertical garage condo construction begins
- Fall 2024: Asphalt paving begins

Additional features under construction include a clubhouse, paddock, rentable garages, a vehicle service center, and livable trackside garage condos – creating a full-service motorsports lifestyle hub.

The South Circuit was crafted by Driven International, a UK-based design firm renowned for its work on Formula 1-level tracks. With ~140 feet of elevation change and a half-mile straight, the layout challenges drivers to master threshold braking, throttle control, and vehicle rotation. “The goal was to create a track that delivers a thrill for drivers of all levels,” says Jordan Dier, Head of Business Development. “Every element was intentionally crafted to help drivers gain a competitive edge.”
